I was approached by Wilderness Now to build the first iteration of their product, a place to book a wide variety of exciting adventures around the UK. The biggest technical challenge was to build a messaging system for guides and bookers to commuicate within the product. This was built on top of the Mailgun API for sending and receiving email messages. I then worked with Greg Tiley and Pete Goodman to build out the frontend. Together we developed a framework for building component libraries within a Django project, take a look at it on Github. Finally integration with Stripe was added to provide a smooth booking process.
